Hi,

we have some devices with the following behaviour: If only KES 11 beta is installed, everything will be fine. But with an installed agent windows suddenly is frozen.

As it repeated the last time on my device I immediately activated traces and rebooted two times. Then everything was silent.

Please describe your issue in more details. 

What Agent version is being used. What OS  are in use. What policy settings was assigned to host, does policy settings modification affects issue reproduction ?
