How does your Ethernet interface connected to PC ?

Could you try to install latest drivers version available for your network card ?

Hi Evgeny

Those dump files are of an earlier date than the one when the machines crashed and I could only find those on one machine not all the rest which have crashed.

Laptops are normally connected through ethernet via a Lenovo OneLink Pro Dock Docking Station from , which I have verified the Driver and are the same on as also found on my Laptop (which did not crash)

I am going to go through all machines to make sure we're all use the same drivers and comeback as soon as possible.

Ok, so I have found that there is an updated driver for the network card used in the Docking Station although this is not from Lenovo but only through the Windows Device Manager. I don't normally go this way in updating Drivers as I prefer the ones available from the manufacturer not the ones from Windows but as I want to get this sorted I will update everyone's laptop to see if the issue occurs again.

I am sorry for the dump files but those listed in my previous post I thought were not updated to the issue when happened. Did you want me to upload them anyway?

Drivers may be published through windows update services by hardware manufacturer, this is a one of a supply chains available to end users.

Just for your infromation this is done through special portal https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/windows-hardware/drivers/dashboard/publish-a-driver-to-windows-update

I would suggest installing drivers to a few workstations for a begining and check software behaviour.

Hello.

Any news here?

We also have issues with KES 10 SP3 BSODs

So we tried KES11 on new Dell Laptops with  WD15 USB-C Dock.

As long as you do not connect the Dock to a fresh installed KES 11 all works fine.

When you connect the Dock the System freezes instantly, does not even reboot

After disconnecting the Dock the System takes ages to boot and to open Apps, completely unresponsive, Sometimes Kaspersky unloads and reloads itself

Tested on Win 10 1709 oder 1803.

Hi,

actually I don't get it.

I've spent two days with an unusable Notebook beacause of the KES 11 installation, until i've switched back to KES 10 SP2

After your request for a GSI Report i've re-installed KES 11 which is now running without any issues?!?

Sorry for bothering you, I will report back in case any issues will reappear.

Thanks
