Yes, it does. In case of troubles I recommend you to start with analyzing events registered in the Kaspersky Event Log (you can view it using standard Windows Event Viewer application). Most reasons for the errors are registered there.

 

It is also useful to run klnagchk.exe utility and check connection between Network Agent and Admin Kit server. You can download utility here:

Network Agent log files is the last resort and it typically should be analyzed by Kaspersky Lab support only.

 

To start writing log files for Network Agent add the following to the registry:

 

[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\KasperskyLab\Components\34\1103\1.0.0.0\Debug]

"TraceLevel"=dword:00000004

 

To stop wring log files, remove the above entry from the registry.
