Not all components were updated happened [In progress]

Hi,

 

Recently, I have got the alert notification on some PCs about critical events as below:

Event Not all components were updated happened on computer LDAPT01 in the domain WORKGROUP on Tuesday, October 25, 2016 5:03:33 PM (GMT+07:00)

Event type: Not all components were updated

Result: Not all components were updated

 

Then I check the report update, there is some error as in attach picture.

 

Could you tell us why only some PCs got this error?

Hello!

 

Please try to run update task once again and check, if the operation was a success.

 

If this operation failed, please turn on traces collection of the problematic machines, reproduce the problem and send us the traces.

Hi,

 

Could you please recreate update task with default settings and check again?

If the problem still persist please try to download updates via update utility.

What will be the result?

I have created new update task for test already, but it still got error.

Sorry, why you have me to use the update utility while that client is under KSC?

Please check if this client can receive updates via this utility.

After use that utility the problematic PC can receive update properly now, so what to do next on anther 15 PCs?

I've submitted this to the official support pages as that was the 2nd search result I got for this error message; hopefully Kaspersky will update their support pages but this was the first result so:

 

You can also try simply restarting. I hadn't restarted my PC for a week but the issue resolved itself after a restart.

Hello,

There is one more option we have e.g. Clear Update repository of KSC and download again. Now distribute that update to endpoints.
