Hi,

 

Please check your system ports using telnet on server and client both sides.

or use riprep.exe to open ports if these are not opened

 

riprep.exe path is C:\Program Files (x86)\Kaspersky Lab\Kaspersky Security Center\

Hello.

 

Please provide a more detailed description of the issue.

Does this happen on just one host out of many in your network? Is there network filtering between the server and the host?

Does the client show as disconnected and then reconnect back again automatically, or do you need to take some actions?

Have you tried checking "Do not disconnect from the Administration Server" in the host's settings?

1) It is happening may of the systems

2) No network filtering is there

3) sometimes it is coming under policy and again it is automatically remove from policy , several time installed netagent and endpoint.

4) Checked with the "Do not disconnect from the Administration Server"

5) server port is open as doing telnet from client .

What problems this issue causes? How it interfere to your work? Also please provide GSI from the problem machine.

Issue is after installing netagent and Kes it not permanently showing in ksc. Every 30sec it just disappearing . Client is directly connected with ksc. same lan. No firewall or thirdparty filteration is there. we cal get ksc telnet session also. You can find all log in the below link.

The GSI bundle you provided contains no actual GSI log (~300kb zip file GetSystemInfo... that can be site-parsed, containing information abount software, drivers, errors etc). Has no such file been created?

For how long has this been happening in your network? Did it start occasionally, or is the issue present since installation?
