We encourage you to participate in beta testing of our new software - Kaspersky Endpoint Security 10 Service Pack 1 MR3 for Windows.

 

This build is a special version of software, officially released for the purpose of external testing, and aimed to detect that software’s errors and flaws and to gather feedback.

 

Testing of the current build is scheduled 06/24/2016 - 07/29/2016

 

INSTALLATION

 

An integrated activation code is valid for 30 days up to 07/29/2016.

Alternatively, you can use the attached key to activate the product: 1222_160526_072405_560_275.zip

To be able to download ke file you must be registerd forum user and your validation must be completed.

 

Installation steps:

 

INSTALLING THE APPLICATION FROM THE FULL INSTALLATION PACKAGE

When you install the Beta version of the application from the full installation package, upgrades from older versions of Kaspersky Endpoint Security for Windows, including upgrades from other Beta versions, are not supported.

 

The application is compatible with Kaspersky Security Center 10 Service Pack 2 (10.3.407). For remote application management through Kaspersky Security Center, you must install Network Agent and administration plug-in for Kaspersky Endpoint Security Service Pack 1 Maintenance Release 2 (10.2.4.674) on your computer.

 

Unpack the installation package:

Note: Chrome browser may not interpret the link correctly. Please use a different browser or an FTP client and the following credentials for manual FTP authentication:

Run the Installer file and follow the instructions of the Installation Wizard.

 

The application installation package includes the encryption module, which will be installed on your computer automatically when you install the following components:

 

- Full disk encryption (FDE) of hard drives and removable drives.

- Folder level encryption (FLE) of files and folders.

 

UPGRADING VIA KASPERSKY LAB UPDATE SERVICE

 

Kaspersky Endpoint Security 10 Service Pack 1 Maintenance Release 3 (Beta) for Windows can be installed via KL update service.

 

To take part in beta testing using this service, please do the following:

 

1. Install Kaspersky Endpoint Security 10 Service Pack 1 Maintenance Release 2

2. Download special license for participants. See attached: 1222_160531_070632_040_370.zip

3. Activate the product using license from p.2

4. Change update source for: http://dnl-test.kaspersky-labs.com/test/ep and run update task. See attached instruction - how to change update source: Update_source_changing_en.7z

 

Please pay attention on the following upgrade details:

 

- Before installation of an update, you must read the text of the End User License Agreement and confirm your acceptance of its terms. If you do not confirm your acceptance, the update will not be installed.

 

- If the computer is managed by Kaspersky Security Center, you can confirm your acceptance using the Kaspersky Security Center console, in the Application Management node, in the Software Updates section.

 

- If the application has been installed in stand-alone mode (without management using Kaspersky Security Center), you can confirm your acceptance in the local interface of the application.

APPLICATION COMPATIBILITY WITH AES ENCRYPTION MODULES

 

Warning! Interoperation of Kaspersky Endpoint Security 10 Service Pack 1 Maintenance Release 3 (Beta) for Windows and AES encryption modules of versions 1.0.0.724 and 1.0.1.814 is not supported.

 

Warning! After completing the Beta testing, you must remove the Beta version of the application. Updating from the Beta version to Kaspersky Endpoint Security Service Pack 1 Maintenance Release 3 will NOT be supported.
