How to report a bug?

Finding the problem in the mobile apps do not rush immediately to tell about it...

First, try to reproduce it again, make sure you are not mistaken.

Reproduced? Excellent!

Now let's see the list of already known (thereporting) problems. The list of collected problems will be found in the section "List of errors" that is created on each release undergoing beta-testing.

Your problem is not found in the list? Hence it is necessary to write about it.

Think about what module it belongs. Post the error message in the appropriate topic - each module corresponds to one subject. If You can't find a suitable theme, consider a couple of minutes. Did not find? Then post a description in the subject of the Complaint a General plan.

Articulate the bugs in clear English language. Save your and our time, be clearer than the stated problem, the easier it will be to deal with it. Do not phrase a few complaints in a single message. Try not to mix everything together. Not be permitted posts of the form "guard, everything is bad, nothing works." If the bug relates to the GUI, it is advisable to take a screenshot and attach it to the description of the complaint.

How to get the answer to your question?

So You found the problem and reported it on the forum. Be patient, You described the problem will be studied, the answer will certainly be given. Employees, LK, no leads, no topic leads can't reply to Your messages instantly.

Learn more about the life cycle of complaints/appeals can be found in Topic "pattern of complaints".

Who are the forum leads and topic leads (responsible for the themes)?

Forum-lead professional, well-established the forum as an experienced beta tester and loyal user of Kaspersky lab products. The forum leads are responsible for specific product(s) LK, coordinate activities/discussions on the forum related to that product(s), assign topic-leads and are the primary contact for questions about product (if topic-Lida loss with the answer).

Topic-lead (Topic Lead) is an experienced beta tester, professional, well-established in previous beta testing. Top leads are lists of bugs, reproduce them, clarify details, comments and recommendation.

Can it flood here?

Flooding is not encouraged, but will talk on topics that are not directly attributable to the beta test in the subject of Conversations for life
