Windows update is not working [In progress]

Now we are facing some update issue. So after that we didn't try to execute the windows update.

 

Hello Sir,

We check the windows update today.But we are facing the same issue" No action required". While running the "Find vulnerabilities and application updates" task it is prompting some error Please find the attache error.We reinstall the patch A on Security center and netagent.

 

Please provide a solution as soon as possible.

To analyze the issue we will need synchronized traces of KES and network agent on the host and Administration Server with this issue reproduction.

while installing the windows update through kaspersky Security center the Av update is making some problem. Please find the attached error. Total of PC 1100 pc available in that around 200 pc are not getting updated. Please provide me a solution as soon as possible

Please kindly follow these steps:

1. Ensure you have KSC 10.1.249.

2. Install patch B for KSC and network agent.

3. Create and run 'Find Vulnerabilities and critical updates' task from Security Center.

4. Create a new task 'Install critical updates and vulnerabilities' and run it.

 

Please let us know the results.

Please kindly check if the patch was actually installed. Please kindly post a screenshot with your dlls versions, as described in the thread.
