Well... try this

1) In the properties of Protection Policy > Web Antivirus > Settings > Trusted URLs > Add URL > add the URL

find the attached pictures.

Good Luck !

Dear MiKro Tik

if i am disabled the web control in protection policy the problem has been resolved. but web antivirus is running. so that i think the problem is related to web control module.

got exactly the same problem. Since I upgraded to firefox 26 I get ssl_error_illegal_parameter_alert when I visit HTTPS sites. The only workaround I found thus far is to disable the web control of Kaspersky. We use version 8.1.0.1042 of kaspersky endpoint security for business advanced. Seems like I'm not the only one with exactly the same problem and it seems to be cause by the port monitoring of port 443 (http://omgili.com/thread/.0rSU5LtMgx..RRSKgOgDq.pc.XHLo_tpDG39CAIpjNkV7osMWdYP8B2U0xhdY3Rlaq7XGdXcR9WbVqR

rQwrIw--/ )

Upgrading to KES 10 is not an option because of huge stability problems we had. We downgraded back to 8.1 on advice of your support.

Is there already a solution available for this issue?

Hello!

Please kindly clarify that disabling of the Web Control component resolves this issue?

Thank you!

For me the problem is temporarily solved because I manually disabled the web control in my local management console. Problem is that the web control is enabled by a company wide policy in the Kaspersky Security Center and disabling this option for >100 users is a bad idea so I'm looking for a permanent solution.

Because I taught at first the problem was caused by firefox I did a clean install with the default settings and the problem still returns. Other browsers (IE, chrome) work fine.

Hi,

An incident number is provided once you submit a case in the mentioned company account. Actually this would be your case number. The rest of related information about what has been requested can be found in our signatures.
