Hello, we should follow this procedure. Please submit a ticket with tech. support and let us know its number so we could provide it to you straight away in the ticket.

Hello!

I have the same problem. Is it possible to the patch ?

(Can't create a ticket, i forget my password and i can't recreate a new one because of an 502 error on the server)

Hi Vitaly/Evgeny,

 

I have the same issue out here (find attached)and will like to have the patch to fix this bug.

Also i need to know how to implement the patch on my clients environment.

Whenever I first log into Windows, I get this prompt from Kaspersky. I've tried searching to attempt to figure out what program is causing this, but every time I do I just get links for a bunch of HTML bold tags, so I figured I'd enlist the help of this forum to see if perhaps someone else has figured out what program this actually is coming from.

 

Any help would be appreciated!
