I have the same problem!

System: Samsung notebook NP900X4D with Windows 8 x64.

I have submitted a request via CompanyAccount: INC000002206051.

Can I receive patch?

Hello,

I have the same problem with Samsung NP700G7C which won't boot.

 

Is it possible to install the patch when the machine won't boot ? Should I use a restore point ?

 

I already have this problem with a similar machine and restore point doesn't solve the problem and I should reinstall the machine.

 

 

Can you send me the patch too please ?

Our e-mail server deletes certain attachment file types, including *. zip.

I can't receive file in this format.

Please resent patch file with renaimed zip file, e.g. pf106.zi.
