I have a Dell XPS12 with Windows 8 that loses all usb/wifi ports once I install KES10.

Does this patch apply to this situation?

Hi Thanks for the quick response,

unfortunately all connectivity to the machine is lost once I install.

I have no means of getting a log file off as the usb/wifi/bluetooth are all disabled.

The only way they become functional is to factory re-image

Any suggestions?

UPD However, this issue is fixed in KES10 MR1, so you could simply upgrade to it.
