all tasks couldn't start

Recommended Posts

I have Kaspersky endpoint 10 on my network PCs some computers suddenly couldn't start remotely any task and show me that all service are stooped

but security center show me that the device is ok but It couldn't update or run any Kaspersky scheduled task and when I go to computer locally It shows me that all services are working OK

every time these happen I need to re-install Kaspersky

Is there any other solution there is an attached photo

Hi the agent does not communicate with the KSC. Which Version are you running ?

Please try the following

run klmover -address 127.0.0.1 on the client then move back with klmover -address Name/IP of your KSC

if that does not help try to uninstall / install the network agent.

I agree with florianH. The numbers above tell me that the agent and server are not synchronizing. Like he said, try running klmover -address <server_ip>. If it works then it may be a DNS issue. You can also try using the fqdn of the server, i.e "DC.domain.com" instead of "DC".
