No I did not any patch.

I think You will not reply to me. So I will uninstall Kasperky End Point Security and probably I will install comodo anti virus free edition.

 

Because Im not working with KES, and again because KES sometimes enable, sometimes disable sometimes hanging my computer. Im not sure KES protect my computers.

From the description in the incident it appears that the issue is not the same, since Web Antivirus is not the only component that is malfunctioning.

This is usually an indication that the product could not be installed properly (incompatible software disrupted the installation, computer was shut down before it could complete etc)

Uninstallation of this instance is advised, then preparing the client PC for deployment and running the installation again.

I give up. Because KES seems mulfinction after I installed KES. I tried to install from downloaded kaspersky web page, nothing changed. I tried to deploy from Kaspersky Security Center server,nothing changed.

 

Also I uploaded GSI report to companyaccount web site.

Hello,

I analyzed GSI report and there is possibly incompatible software :

1. Advanced SystemCare 8

2. Chromodo

3. Comodo IceDragon

4. COMODO Programs Manager.

Is there a way to uninstall these programs or it's not acceptable ?

Now I will remove all of software in the list and than reinstall KES. I will write the results.

The problem is resolved now. The Comodo softwares and Advanced SystemCare 8 uninstalled and KES reinstall.

 

KES working normal.
