Please upgrade to the latest version of KIS and install it on C:\. All upgrades are free within your license period.

 

I suggest a complete removal before you reinstall, so please be sure to have your KIS Activation Code with you.

 

Right-click the K icon near your clock and select Exit. Then uninstall Kaspersky and reboot

 

Download and extract it to your C:\ drive (so it's location is C:\kavremover). Here's the article to help.

 

Run it, and scroll down in the linked instructions and select 'All Known Products'.

Reboot after it's finished.

 

Download a fresh copy of the latest build from here

You'll need your Activation Code during the installation Wizard.

Reboot.

My friend uses version 2010

 

and wanted the solution to this problem and do not want to install the latest version

 

because the available settings file is to version 2010 has

If a problem occurs in a program means you must uninstall and install another copy of the latest

 

why asking to report program without follow-up

Did you try saving and loading another config file? If you have the same error try reinstalling your KIS 2010.
