Dear sir ,

 

This is avinash.

And my client is facing an issue with his update.

His update starts and will stop at around 61% and it stops with an error message which says :Files operation failed

 

we have tried to change the update ~~

still we dint have luck in his update

i am sending a detailed report of the client.

 

the attachment will have

 

G.S.I report

Avz log

and also the report generated by KASPERSKY

 

Please look in to the issue as soon as u can and let me know the solution.

You do not have enough ram to disinfect. Add more ram. A lot more ram.

 

Wrong AVZ file. We need the avz .zip. The .zip that contains the .htm and .xml. Please attach the avz .zip.

the issue is solved

but i am facing another issue of another client whom is trying to neutralize threats but

kaspersky is not responding and fix it now does not neutralize threats

so please look in to it and try to provide the solution

If you use Windows System restore, turn it off > reboot and do a full scan with Kaspersky. This to remove malware from system volume information files. Then turn system restore back on, if you wish. How to turn it off/on: http://support.kaspersky.com/faq/?qid=208279208

 

Before doing the scan, Clear the Detected list: Detected > Active threats > right click > Disinfect all > right click > Clear list > then scan again > then post screenshot of Detected >

Active threats. With columns widened to show full name and object details.
