  1. KAV have now fixed this, at least for me, by giving me a replacement DLL, as a result of my tracelogs and some further testing between us. Thanks for a quick fix Kaspersky MMD

  3. Hi there, still had the same problem as in 522, "Upon restarting my PC, CPU utilisation went to around 100%, and the KAV systray icon remained grey. I left it for a while but nothing happened. I had to uninstall it from safemode, and then re-install 5.0.388." I sent the tracelogs to kaspersky support, but received a strange email reply: "Error processing request: Hello, Thank you for contacting Kaspersky Lab Technical Support! Please submit required information in the following web-form: http://www.kaspersky.com/helpdesk.html and your request will be automatically registered and immediately delivered to our support specialists." etc MMD
