  1. Bummer, After going thru your steps, the PC worked for around 4 hours. Then it logged the user off again, we tried to connect with teamviewer and it logged the user out 3 times in a row. We finally could connect, we tried to run a virus scan, but we got a Kaspersky popup saying it failed to start, we sent the results (do you get these?). We were finally able to connect again and run a full virus scan, with nothing found... If we stop Kaspersky, the loggoffs do not happen anymore. Any idea of what is going on?
  2. No, no BSOD, the PC just logs out after closing all running applications. No shutdown, logs out from the current user...
  3. We have scheduled a remote call with the customer and will do all these steps with him. I will keep you posted. Thanks.

  5. Hi there, We have a customer that had to renew his licence. By doing so he downloaded version 19 and tried to install it. Since then his PC keeps logging him out every 10 to 15 minutes. We uninstalled and reinstalled version 19 and it is still the same. Exiting Kaspersky AntiVirus solves the issue... Any help greatly appreciated!! Thanks. OCIM support team
