We are using latest databases for Kaspersky Endpoint Security Please check the uploaded a policy for Endpoint Security We have not tried scanning system with Kaspersky Rescue Disk 18, because Trojan attack in our File Server, so that we can't take risk.   5. Dear Evgeny, Thanks for your advice. I have posted my incident to Kaspersky as you advice and my incident number is INC000009700706. Please help to resolve. Thanks.
  6. We are using KES 10 for Business solution, total 540 Licence we are using. Last couple of days we are facing Trojan problem in our File Server. The original file converted to FILENAME.pdf.exe and FILENAME.jpg.exe, KES can't remove the Trojan but keep that Trojan to Quarantine and also the original file couldn't found in the original location. Please help, it's File Server. Snapshot attached.
