  1. Run Microsoft Edge. It'll resume the update process. I have no idea why, though.
  2. Really?! It's still happening on my end, I have to open up Edge every time, still waiting for a permanent fix.
  3. I'm not sure, it didn't happen again, but I think it's triggered by network changes like wifi disconnection when an update is currently in progress.
  4. I had a similar problem with KIS 2019. Had to disable something in the network settings (under Settings > Advanced > Network) that's related to encrypted connections. I can't tell you what's the name of the setting because I have KIS in French. But you should definitely check that out.
  5. Hi. I have the same issue. Updates seem to get stuck from time to time and the worst part of it all is, if you decide to quit KIS 2019 while an update is stuck, the computer will stop responding and you'll have to force-reboot it. =========== Update issue: Please contact Tech Support: https://my.kaspersky.com/support/ Please attach the following items to your Tech Support request: a. Description of the issue. b. Screenshot, as needed. c. GSI
  6. Update: There seems to be another bug causing updates to sometimes randomly hang / get stuck until the PC is rebooted. Not sure what's the trigger but if I quit KIS 2019 while it's in this state, the computer stops responding until it is force-reset. - Version is 19.0.0.1088(a).
  7. Thank you for your reply. Now that you're mentioning encrypted connections, this is exactly the same issue I had with Kaspersky 2016 when it came out. I guess we'll have to wait for Kaspersky to patch it. More infos here: *See bug 1620997.
  8. Hello everyone! I hope you're having a great day. I just came here to report a bug I started encountering after installing Kaspersky Internet Security 2019 (19.0.0.1088a). Basically, the bug (or issue?) happens on my web browsers and causes them to return different error messages when trying to load a page, sometimes it's ERR_TIMED_OUT and sometimes it's ERR_SSL_VERSION_INTERFERENCE. This only happens with KIS 2019 and the errors stop occurring when I temporarily disable the protection. Also, usually a simple refresh solves the issue but having to hit F5 every time is a bit annoying. PS: I remember facing a similar issue with Kaspersky 2016 (or 2017, not sure) when it first came out but it kinda disappeared on its own after a few days. Thanks for reading, any help would be much appreciated! :D
