  1. Then this functionality is not working at all for us.
  2. Not sure if this will help when enabling block all doesn't even work. How do rules get evaluated? top to bottom?
  3. what do you mean by mack? that we should use / at the end?
  4. This happens to both. As i understand this should also work with https but just blocks based on domain only, right?
  5. NetAgent 10.5.1781 with KES_11.0.0.6499. Test Scenario: 1 policy that enables web control, block everything to test. The rule that blocks everything is on the top, the default rule to allow all is in the bottom. Enabled but it still allows web traffic to go through using all browsers tried on windows (Chrome, Firefox, Edge, Internet Explorer) Also, web control has 0 logs on the client, nothing logged. If i do a test on the client for a url, as pointed above, it reports it as being blocked, but it is not.
  6. Dear all, KAV web control not working at all for me. Deployed a policy blocking everything to test, on Diagnostics on the client site reports that sites are blocked, but when browsing all works fine. Enable web control is ticket on the client side. Yet nothing happens. Any suggestions as to what might be wrong? Thank you
  7. Kirill thank you for your feedback! btw i tried a similar rule to C:\Users\*\AppData\file as a temporary solution, and it seemed to work. Is there any support for regular expressions here? to limit to letters and the dot "."?
  8. Dear all, is the %appdata% issue resolved? On another note, adding the application using the application control rules doesn't work. When clicking add the list of applications presented does not include the application i am trying to add. It has a limited number of applications listed compared to what our users use. Is there some sort of "scan" functionality that can be used to scan a user's computer and get the list of applications so that they can be listed in the "Add application(s) to trust group" menu?
