  1. Is there a reason why you could not just use junction points or mount another drive at that folder ("1093")? Windows can mount drives at folders/directories, it does not need to be a drive letter like D: or E:.
  2. Hello, The default exclusion list for KSC 10.3.407 seems quite comprehensive compared to MS recommendations at: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/822158/virus-scanning-recommendations-for-enterprise-computers-that-are-runni But it is missing at least: %systemroot%\Sysvol\Staging areas\*.frx The next entry in the MS document is included: %systemroot%\Sysvol\Staging areas\Nntfrs_cmp*.* Could the "*.frx" in "Staging areas" be added in an update?
  3. Dear Kirill, Great to hear that this should be fixed in next major update. Meanwhile, we had already used the workaround "delete computer from KSC, and re-add" which resets the "incurable objects" count (along with everything else, which is not optimal). I have downloaded and will try the database fix when we have more such computers next time and I will try to report here the outcome. To those complaining why the fix script is not public: it is clear from the package contents why previously it was not shared publicly - it reveals the internals of the software. Thanks to you all. Very good support.
  4. Dear Nikolay, Glad to see such a fast response here even if the issue seem to have persisted in some way at least from 2012 (looking at different forum posts). That's just a piece of the problem - I do not know how to view these "incurable objects"! If I double-click on a computer in "Managed computers", go to "Protection" tab, I see for example: "Number of incurable objects: 1" with "Viruses found: 0". If I click "View report on viruses" on this same place, I get a report for the PC that shows: "Different objects: 0 Different files: 0 Computers infected: 0 Groups infected: 0" If I check the 'global' report from "Administration Server KAV" -> "Reports" -> "Viruses report", there are some files listed for those computers that have status "There are unprocessed files" but the number of detected files in the virus report are different from the number of "incurable objects".
  5. Same problem in here. Is there no real solution?! I write about it in
  6. I have the exact same problem at office. 200 computers 10+ computers have at least 1 "incurable objects", some have several hundred. Why these cannot be viewed or reset anywhere? All repositories (backup, quarantine, "unprocessed objects") and even the KAV event log have been deleted. There is nothing in any repository (both KSC and on the client itself) or event log (both KSC and on the client itself), the only issue I can find are the "incurable objects". And no it is not an option to turn off the "unprocessed objects" warning. I want to fix this problem not work around the issue. KSC 10.3.407 KES 10.3.0.6294 Is there really no proper solution yet? How can I get "the script" to fix this?
