  1. Hi there! Does anyone use my.kaspersky.com or ksos.kaspersky.com to remotely monitor and manage Kaspersky Small Office Security? Drop me a message if you do. Feedback wanted!
  2. Hi! Here is a page with system requirements https://support.kaspersky.com/12805 As for installing it on 5 PC, the easiest way (if you haven't installed it yet) would be to register on ksos.kaspersky.com (it's an address for management console of Kaspersky Small Office Security), add an activation code to the management console and send download links to all employees. Once employees download and install the application, it will connect to the management console and will get a license. Otherwise, you may perform 5 installations manually and add activation code into each application manually. Hope it helps.

  4. Hi, I've PM'ed you a solution, please have a look, it should work.
  5. Hello, I think I can help here The account structure in KES Cloud is the following: - level one - account owner. it can be either reseller, who manages many different clients, or end user, who has several offices, and decided to create different workspaces for them. - level two - level of managed company (workspace). in each workspace (which is equal to managed company) you can have several administrators, who manage security, create user groups, assign different security profiles etc. And that's it, unfortunately. There are no levels, where you can manage resellers. It starts on reseller level. I apologize for inconvenience, it looks like you were mislead on the webinar.
