Hello i'm with KIS and 2 months ago i have this problem before it's possible to connect to the Opera VPN now isn't possible anymore with the " Kaspersky > Settings > Additional > Network > Do not scan encrypted connections" the VPN can connect again but the question it's my protection it's now affected no? I say that because that option appears on by default.... There's any idea about that fix????
  2. I have tryed and no changes... I must to clicck on the KIS icon on the desktop and select start as admin, at 3 ou 4 time i do that the app starts and remains on after successive loops.
  3. Ok but i don't have made any clean install from windows. But i have already solved alone a part of the problem, If i click on the KIS icon on the desktop and select open as admin the app opens..... But oi must to ddo that all times i make a new boot. if not the app runs on background but i don't have access to the IU. There's any idea to start the KIS always as admin?

Hi I have already the pach E installed the request ID INC000007657462. i have already submitted many dump files e system info but Portuguese team says it's must to be Russian guys to gime me more info.... The strange the KIS only works on the WIN10 Safe Mode, on normal boot the IU starts and shutdown a few seconds after opened, anda appears vaious K icon on the Notifications bar near the system clock... That happened after Windows 10 Creators Update.... Help me please.
  6. Thank's a lot that really works the Portuguese team support can't help me... The KIS17 on safe mode boot of WIN10 Creators Update works and creates a report that he sends it self to somewhere on KASPERSKY but the portuguese support dont knows heres going that reports so ask me to do that manually so i must collect that data and they give me a link to Kis16 that don't work on the KIS17... My KIS17 don't starts anymore on normal WIN boot only on safe mode since the last WIN10 Creators Update....
  7. I have already asked but no answer till moment. They give me the link to the KIS2016 but don't work on 2017. I also have discovery the Kaspersky folder but i can't see the dumpfiles...
  8. I have tried to get dump file on a KIS17 but on the http://support.kaspersky.com/general/dumps/8006#block1 only appears to KIS16 . I tried to open the exe but doesn't work... OI have created a on app report and send it about the crash but the Portuguese Kasperslky team says that the report is not sent to they. My report is sent to Russia?
  9. Any plan to a Portuguese patch? To install your version i must to remove the actual version on Portuguese no?
  10. As i told you my atual installation it's on Portuguese so should be nice a patch also on Portuguese, because becomes a mix of English/Portuguese. All my SO it's also on Portuguese. There's your patch also on Portuguese? Thank's on advance.

  12. - Since my Lenovo laptop with original Win10 64bits home editions updated to latest Windows Creators Update i don't have anymore access to the KIS17 UI. The KIS it's trying to open and closes a few seconds after the UI appears. I only can access to the UI if i boot the windows on the security mode... I have already unnistalled and installed the KiS but everything remains the same... I want my payed KIS back again to protect my system.
