JAKSASS says re my origianl post re security of Barclays security certificate I have had a lengthy telephone conversation with an IT engineer at Barclays who assures me that there is nothing wrong with their certificate. With that in mind why do I still keep getting a message from Kaspersky when logging in to Barclays that they cannot guarantee the authenticity of the Barclays certificate? I find this very disturbing & worrying - if I change my internet security program will this stop the dubious certificate from Kaspersky? Thanks JAKSASS
  2. Hello Mefodys Thanks for your suggestion. I have been in touch with Barclays Help & they have told me that there is nothing wrong with their website. At the moment I am just sitting tight. JAKSASS

Have been using online banking for some considerable time but now find that Kaspersky say "Invalid certificate cannot guarantee authenticity of the domain" With this in mind feel that my online Banking is not safe. Has anyone else experienced this message? Does this mean that it is not safe to use on-line Banking? This is despite the Banks pushing customers to actually use this method on accessing their account
  4. when accessing online Banking I sometimes recieve a message indicatiing that Kaspersky unable to Authicate the Security of the Certificate I then have the option of continuing or not. Has anyone experienced this? Thanks JAKSASS
