Can you tell me what is the default behavior of KLMS when the AV/Spam/Anti fishing DBs are out of date? Is it possible to configure the default behavior? As before when outdated KLMS would send out empty body messages.... Thank you in advance. Kind regards.

Today this problem happened for 10th time in the last couple of months. Since this is corporate usage, we are strongly considering moving away from Kaspersky Security for Linux as we have serious problems with this setup. When this happens we can see that the databases are out of date and forcing the update doesn't necessarily work. Sometimes it takes hours and hours to get the DB updated, or restart is needed. As I mentioned this is serious problem for our company and needs resolution as soon as possible. Thank you in advance for the help

  5. Hello. Not possible as these are not being queued anywhere, not stored in Kaspersky's Backup section and there is no more info in the logs. Also can't tcpdump and wait for the mail due to high traffic. I'll try to get the message from the client for revision. BTW the product is working like a charm, except these few problematic cases. Any ideas? Thank you.

We are using Security 8.0 for Linux mail server on CentOS 7 and Postfix 2.10 where several legitimate messages have been rejected with the: milter-reject: END-OF-MESSAGE from X 5.7.1 This message is blocked due to security reason When checking the 'Backup' in web UI can't locate any of those messages in the backup queue. I need to know why are those getting blocked as we can't simply whitelist the sender/recipient. Searched forums but found nothing conclusive, any ideas are appreciated. Thank you in advance.
