  2. well (kis2016mp1b.msp) file is present in the directory of Kaspersky and still no success with patch b should I reinstall KIS ?? or wait longer ??? Please help
  3. I'm using KIS with W10 and today I realized that my KIS is missing patch B manually updated several times and restarted still no patches. I think something wrong here.Any ideas please ????
  4. Is it OK to use other small malware detectors like HitmanPro,Malwarebites together with Kaspersky. One of my friend who using Kaspersky from a long time said it is OK but I need a confirmation.Last year before windows 10 I used Kaspersky with Eset antivirus which caused me BSOD every time and Kaspersky technical support told me never use two av programs together,so I need little confirmation here do I need extra layer of protection from any other malware detector if yes which one is better ?

Totally agree.Also statistics may correct but customers not click this option regular they may perform a scan task once a week or month so they only going to click this option once in a blue moon but at that moment I think most of us need this option badly for save our time.Hope Kaspersky reverse the decision. How KL saying very small portion of customers used it ? anyway if there was a security bug better fix it without removing valuable functionalities of the program.First time I used this option in KIS2009.It means that people using this option expose to security bug since 2009 or since this function add to kaspersky ?   7. Thanks for the info,Yes I cancelled full scan three times didn't change any settings Computer is on for almost 8 hours.I'll contact support if problem persist
  8. I just clean installed windows 10 three days ago and installed KIS 2016 also three days ago,since then there is no single rootkit scan perform by kaspersky.Is it normal or something wrong with Kaspersky, please help
  9. Oh. Nooo... It was there since my childhood. I'm using Kis since 2009.What Kaspersky expecting with removing that option wasting valuable time of their customers ? P.s Is there any way to fix it manually ? Any help Please ?
