  2. Dear Support, Klms service not start due to this error. Starting klms Error: Cannot connect to program database. It may perform recover process, waiting Error: Cannot connect to program database for a long time. Please check klmsdb service log for possible reasons. Please help us we are stuck now.
  3. Hello, We are using Kaspersky Security 8.0 (Version 8.0.1 bulid 705) for Linux Mail Server. This is the updated version. The exact problem that has been encountered is that when we are trying to reply to the mails of other domains like cisco, wipro etc. then the kaspersky is blocking the mails to be sent to those domains. In my previous posts i have already sent the logs of the mails. We need precise clarification from your side that why the mails are getting blocked during the delivery.

Dear Support, Apr 12 12:09:07 smtp klms-smtp_proxy: Message from <k_binod@sail-steel.com> to <jrath@sail-bhilaisteel.com> replaced by 1 new message(s) As per the log which shown the mail blocked from sail-steel.com. Kaspersky blocked each and every mail from this domain. Please resolved the issue ASAP
