  1. Good Evening I am currently using the latest version of KIS 2014 ( c) yet theissues i face still cause me a problem. 1. Every single time i start my computer i get a message stating the application failed to launch on last start up. I then get the option to send a error report to Kaspersky the few times i have tried this it does not work. The point is unless i remember to check every time i start my computer the software has not loaded and i am using the internet with no protection. I have tried re-installing the software but no luck what so ever. 2. There are certain programs i want to have access to the internet so i often configure the options on the fire wall and allow some but block others. Every singe time i try and load the firewall configuration part instead of a list of my programmes that i have on my computer i get a message saying "an error processing data has occured Data is unavlilble" Why are these things happening and what can i do to fix it? I have used KIS 2010 2011 2012 2013 and now 2014 all of which i have been very happy with other than this one. Well until i sort these issues out anyway! Many thanks
