  1. Open UEFI configuration and check for option "Legacy boot" or something similar. This will let you boot from USB.

Please gather: - GetSystemInfo report; link - Event logs in *.evtx format; - KES installation logs link - kl-setup-****.log - kl-install-****.log - ucaevents.log - MSI*****.log - SC trace files link - KL NAgent trace files(from the server and client) Also, please leave a ticket with this data in our CompanyAccount system link
