  1. Please allow us to change column ordering under 'Device Selections' for all device selections. I would like to be able to change it once and set that as the 'default' order for all selections or future created selections. It sucks having 25+ device selections and when setting up a new console or reimaging, having to re-order them all one-by-one.
  2. Bumping this thread. Would like to know solution as well and the answer to the following: "I can't understand what account KSC use for sync with AD in 1 and 2 items. In third item you specify address of AD and system account to use. In first and second - no account can be specified, but it works. How? With what credentials KSC polls AD?"
  3. I can state with certainty that almost all of our machines only have 1 user logged in at a time. They are rebooted/shut down routinely. The OS for those machines are Windows 7 and running Network Agent v10.3.407a.
  4. I don't think this is accurate. Some computers are showing 48 Active Users because over-time a lot have logged into the machine. However, 48 people are not currently logged in. Here is a small snippet of our report:
  5. It appears that going through the registry and deleting all keys associated with "Apple Software Update" worked.
  6. Yes. The vulnerability shows as at C:\Program Files\Apple Software Update. When I go to C:\Program Files, the Apple Software Update folder does not exist and is not hidden. Even typed it in and it tells me path does not exist. I have two machines doing this for this vulnerability.
  7. I have upgraded to the official published release and this issue still persists on another machine with Apple Software Update. I removed the machine again from the environment and waited for it to pull itself back in. Upon doing so, it still shows the program is installed. I've ran inventory tasks and it still does not remove it. How can I purge the Applications Registry information for 1 machine and force it to rescan?
  8. I've confirmed that KSC is 10.4.343. Again, the version shouldn't matter. I'm simply asking what the definition of "Active Users" means on that report. Does it mean a profile exists or the profile has been logged into in the last 30 days or 90 days or what?
  9. I don't think that matters? The report has been the same in all versions. But: KSC: 10.4.343 KES: Agent: 10.3.407a
  10. For the default report called "Report on Users of the Computers" which just shows how many active accounts are using a machine, what is the definition of active? Just if a user profile exists or if it's last modified date is X days old or?
