  1. Добрый день, проверьте пожалуйста валидность сертификата, удостоверяющего подись avp.exe. Для этого нужно открыть контекстное меню файла avp.exe, выбрать пункт "Свойства"/"Properties", перейти на вкладку "Цифровые подписи"/"Digital signatures", выбрать подпись от Kaspersky Lab, нажать "Сведения"/"Details". В окне с информацией о цифровой подписи убедиться, что подпись валидна ("signature is OK"). Также необходимо открыть сертификат ("View certificate") и убедиться, что все сертификаты на пути сертификации ("Certification path") подтверждены. Это нужно сделать для самого сертификата и сертификата его временной метки, которая расположена в разделе "Countersignatures". В случае, если какие-то сертификаты на пути сертификации не валидны, попробуйте импортировать их через консоль управления сертификатами. Импортировать сертификаты нужно для всего компьютера (Local computer) в хранилища "Trusted root certification authorities" (для корнемых сертификатов) и "Intermediate certification authorities" (для промежуточных сертификатов).

  6. You are right, it is our responsibility to provide solutions to our customers. Yet there are tons of possible configurations and conditions on customer side that we just can neither take into account nor test. And yes, it may happen that the solution fails on certain configurations, in which case we do our best to resolve the problem as soon as possible. As you might know, the problem sometimes appears even on single installations within homogeneous environments making it hard to analyze. In such cases we do our best to deliver a solution in possibly shorter time and with minimal overhead for the customer, still often we need help from our customers to find the cause of the problem and solve it. Unfortunately product traces have not revealed much about the cause of the issue, so we need to obtain driver traces for further investigation. To get a solid vision of the problem, I have suggested to collect additional information as well. Concerning this very case, the nature of the problem is intermittent and is subject to yet unknown conditions, so we have asked our users who are experiencing the issue to help us resolve with it. With all due respect, running the scenario I have suggested would not take much of your time, and only so we will be able to fix this issue. Our developers are currently investigating the case and there is a way for the users to help us and themselves deal with this situation. I hope for your understanding. Regards, Eduard
  7. Hi everyone, As Dmitry has mentioned, we did not manage to reproduce the issue in our environment. We keep trying, but at the moment we can only use the information you provide. It is extremely hard to work with the forum because the information is split between multiple posts and on several cases get mixed in one thread which makes it hard to recover the problem as a whole. I would kindly ask everyone to submit tickets with Kaspersky Support and attach all the the information related to the problem. Any details will be appreciated. Please let me know incident id's for me to track your cases. Besides that we would highly appreciate if anyone could provide us with a VMWare image of the machine that reproduces the issue. UPDATE: I've striped out the suggested reproduction scenario, because the developers are now working on another one, which could give us more information. An update will follow.
  8. That's true. If Win8 support is essential then KES 10 is the only option. As I've already said, KES 10 CF1 will be released in the nearest future, which will have most of the reported issues fixed.
  9. Если патч не помог, нужен анализ конкретного случая. Для этого необходимы как минимум GSI, а также логи SC и nagent'a, собранные параллельно.
  10. As for now, the most stable version of KES 8 that is officially supported is build 831 (CF1). If you do not have any urgent issues that need to be fixed right away I would suggest you to wait for KES 8 CF2 release which is expected in April. Also we will have soon CF1 for KES 10 released which will be a more stable version of KES 10 and hopefully will not have the issues that were reported for KES 10 TR, but if you do not need any specific features of KES 10 (i.e. data encryption) I think it would be more secure to stay with KES 8.
  11. Убедииься, что он поставился, можно, проверив версию trafmon2.ppl. После установки должна быть 8.1.0.907. Что касается пропавшей иконки, то обратитесь пожалуйста в службу поддержки и заведите инцидент. Мои коллеги помогут Вам.
  12. Да, я аонял про иконку. Вопрос был в другом: почему Pf90 не указан в списке установленных патчей? Я так понял, что он должен быть установлен.
  13. Hello, unfortunately build 646 is on limited support, as can be seen here: http://support.kaspersky.com/support/support_table. Apparently this means that no updates except for virus bases will be released for that build. We strongly recommend you to upgrade to build 831 (CF1) or upgrade directly to CF2 for KES 8 once it is released. After CF2 release a patch for the Chrome HTTPS problem will be reassembled for that build and released.
  14. А можете прислать лог последней установки патча и экспорт ветки реестра продукта [HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\KasperskyLab\protected\KES8]?
