  3. Hello. How long have these messages been appearing? What actions were taken before that? 2 days ago we see this message on Active Directory Server where kaspersky agent and AV is running from last 3 months this happened first time.. Have any updates been deployed on Network Agents recently? no Has any of the servers been rebooted since? Did it stop the message from appearing? yes we start manually. after that we don't receive any prompt. by time it is appearing randomly on different servers.. Thank you.

Hi, Is it true, that these files are located at some non-sysnem disk? yes, reside on both secondary and primary disks. he copy these files from secondary disk to system disk on his desktop to open but still access error. Is your new system does have netwok agent instaled and connected to KSC? KES with full components installed, AES Module and Network Agent are also installed and communicating with KSC. Thank you!

KES 10 SP1 MR2 and KSC 10.2.434 Please describe what you`ve done with more detailes. our system team rebuild windows OS after system crash. now user want to access his encrypted files but access denied error. I create a policy in KSC to decrypt all encrypted files but it throwing same error. please guide how I can fix it.. for more details snaps are attached. Thank you!

Hello, I am using KES 10 SP1 MR2 for full disk and File, Folder level encryption I have one issue when i enforce KES FDE/ FLE policy it encrypt/decrypt all files defined in scope and full hard disk successfully but on KSC 10 it still showing status Applying policy.
