  1. Hi Developers,

    Can you please add pre-defined “age” profiles for your product?

     I’m parent - I would like to keep my child s”safe” however I need help as other parents. For every age we need pre-defined profiles. For examples: 6 years old child should have xxxx things blocked. For 16 years old kids less things should be blocked via profiles.

  2. I got the same problem on Windows 7 & Windows 10

    This issue existing after enabling Trusted Application Module

    • After OS startup I can see following problems:
    1. OS is not responding (non of application)
    2. Start menu is not responding
    3. I'm not able to reboot via OS / Task Manager is not working

    All is fine after KTS removal. (using Kaspersky uninstaller tool)

    This issue did not exist on version 2017 - all was working fine without any problems

    Hopefully it will be resolved in next patch

  3. Hi Kaspersky,

    Thers is "space" for new product. Many of us have small kids for example 3 - 6 years old. Such small kids don't use mobile phones yet.

    Would be good to release product "GPS Tracker" (small to put in backpack) from Kasperky and join it as part of "Kaspersky Sfe Kids" family.

    I know there is numer of devices on the market but such devices have numer of issues:

    * weak software

    * weak battery

    * etc.

    Can we expect anything from Kaspersky to protect our "Backapcks" ?

  4. I got Windows 10 BSoD generated by: kneps.sys / klim6.sys - Anyone have the same issues ?

    Strange behawioru - after crash report dump files are gone from OS.... :blink:

    Update: BSoD happened after power on laptop from hibernate

  5. Hi All,

    When we should expect performance improvements in KMS for android ? I'm using Samsung i9300 (4 core cpu) and KMS is killing this phone. Everything is veeery slow with KMS. With other AV mobile solution I didn't see any performance issues.

    Best Regards

  6. What does this have to do with Beta Testing? :)

    Comment from Kaspersky Lab Expert was linked in the correct forum section, here: http://forum.kaspersky.com/index.php?s=&am...t&p=1768395

    Problem is here: Carrier IQ.

    Solution is here:

    Sorry but you don't understand my question.

    One more time:

    Question is: Are we able to detect Carrer IQ using KMS ? If we will be able to detect than we are 100% sure and than we are able to report this to telecom customer care.
