  1. Hello fellow Kasperskians, I am running KSC v10.4.343 on a Windows server managing various Windows and Mac endpoints. The newest Kaspersky oddity that happened recently in our environment has Kaspersky suddenly breaking the functionality of the SonicWall Mobile Connect (SMC) VPN client. It's been working like a charm for months and months then suddenly SMC no longer connects unless I have disabled the KES10SP2 for Mac (10.2.267a) software? Looking for any help to configure Kaspersky to allow SMC to work as it use to Thanks in Advance.
  2. I found the fix from this site: http://www.geekshangout.com/content/kasper...ng-installation
  3. Hello Kasperskyians, I am trying to push Network Agent v10.2.434 with patch D to a Windows 10 Enterprise laptop but it is failing. I have been able to successfully push this same agent and also the KES10 SP1 MR2 Beta software to 9 other Windows 10 machines but for some reason I cannot on this last one. It is a clean installation of Windows 10. The error in the KSC when the agent install fails is as follows: Status: Completed with error Description: Remote installation completed with error on client computer: Fatal error during installation. On the Windows 10 laptop I see this in the Event Viewer > Application logs: Application: Kaspersky Security Center Network Agent - Error 25002. Error while installing: Error 1205/0x0 ('The system cannot find the path specified.') accessing filesystem object 'C:\ProgramData\Application Data\KasperskyLab\adminkit\data\.bases'. I have tried to create a new agent deployment task but no luck. I also tried to create a standalone package to install the agent same results. Thanks,
  4. Same thing is happening here. Anyone have any advice on how to find what the "Probably Infected Object" is so we can remove them and stop these alerts?
  5. Hi there, We are in the planning phase of upgrading our current deployment of KAV 6 and K Admin Kit 8 to the latest versions. We would like to be able to view the current groups and policy settings in a way that we can compare them to one another. Can someone guide me to how this can be done? Thanks
