  1. Yes, which is what I did, but why should a piece of software I don't want be forced on me in the first place without even the option of a check box to stop it ? Unpleasant practice from Kaspersky, which I hope they will change with a future version. Nigel

  3. Steveth, might have a fix for you. I saw exactly the same results as you as I had gone through exactly the same steps. As a last resort I did a FULL format on the flash drive in Windows rather than a QUICK, and what do you know, the boot process worked properly after recording the ISO to the flash drive with the Kaspersky "recorder".
