  1. Hi, I made test group of 10 out of 510 computers so far. I had same problem like you, until I manually installed network agent patch D through KSC...no idea why it didn't install automatically with new KES
  2. I see service installed on managed PCs, but where to I turn it on in KSC? As neither my network agent, nor KES updated automatically last year, I always have to do it manually
  3. IF I'd have to compare software worldwide, German and Russian ones usually work better for their intended purpose than american ones (in kaspersky case, catch viruses better than McAfee, for example), but user interface, support and generally ease of use is worse...as if American one is made for dummies and for German and Russian ones its expected that all users have phds
  4. What do we talk about when we say "Kaspersky Lab Update Service"? (screenshot if possible)
  5. I installed mine from link I posted above, doesn't mention beta, however first client I installed says version (up from, instead of Maybe thats OK, though
  6. http://www.kaspersky.com/product-updates/w...dpoint-security It seems downloads are up
  7. From readme: "If the computer is managed by Kaspersky Security Center, you need to install the application management plug-in version Service Pack 1 Maintenance Release 2 before installing the update, prepare it using a policy, and distribute it on computers on which you intend to install updates." Obviously, corresponding plugin will be released, too
  8. I think KSC will be released in 2016, but for win10 compatibility you have to install patch D for MR1
  9. Hi, can you give me an example, as I'm not sure what you mean by "without special symbols"
  10. KSC 10.2.434 KES (mr1) Agent 10.2.434 (a)
  11. 2nd picture shows how I tried to do it previously, for some reason I can't edit post
  12. Hi, I did as told, but now I get exactly the opposite...I got all computers on server, as if condition doesn't exist at all
  13. I have problem making hardware report...I have to select PCs that have "Intel® Pentium® Dual CPU E2180 @ 2.00GHz" processor. When I use default "Report on hardware registry" that is exactly how processor is named, and when I copy/paste CPU name into "Filter field values" EQUALS "Intel® Pentium® Dual CPU E2180 @ 2.00GHz", report returns empty list. Any ideas?
