  1. 24 hours seems quite long. What would then be the benefit in comparison to a free AV solution? I always thought it would be the number of updates per day...
  2. The administration server update task is downloading updates every 20 minutes. And I have to correct myself: the client update task that I deleted was scheduled to run "when new updates are downloaded to the repository". Besides: are there any recommendations for the server and client update schedules? What do you mean by "check the number of tasks in ksc"? Do you mean the number of currently running tasks?
  3. Hi, Kaspersky is filling up disk space on the KSC server. The \adminkit\1093\.working\FTServer directory its growing 10gb per day. We had a signature update task running every 10 minutes (which I assume is a suitable schedule), and I suspected this to be the problem, but after deletion, nothing happens. The disk space is still decreasing rapidly! I already tried to delete the content of the folder after the disc ran full and ksc terminated, but after restart, the same thing happens again. Please help! KSC v9.2.69 KAV v8.1.0.831 and v6.0.4.1424

  5. Just had the same problem with the same versions. Recreated the package and reinstalled it. Everythings fine now.

Hallo, wenn ich versuche, einen Report zu erstellen (z.b. via properties -> protection -> view report on detected viruses) bekomme ich eine Fehlermeldung: "cannot generate report" Zeitgleich erhalte ich im Kaspersky Event Log folgenden Eintrag: Database error occured: #1950 (3621) Generic db error: "3621 'Verletzung der UNIQUE KEY-Einschränkung 'UX_rpt_report_dn'. Ein doppelter Schlüssel kann in das 'dbo.rpt_report'-Objekt nicht eingefügt werden.;Die Anweisung wurde beendet.' LastStatement='rpt_add_report'" (source: kladminserver, id 1) Kann jemand helfen?   10. thanks helmut, i already did that. The uninstall task was successful, but the install tasks were not. Maybe we have more success once those bad tasks mentioned here http://forum.kaspersky.com/index.php?showt...p;#entry1790464 are gone. Best, Tim
  11. Yes, all three of them are for automatic deployment of the 8.1.0.646 client. They are located at "Task for specific computers". All tasks are showing as "completed".
