Clicking that link took me to a web page (not an email), where I have typed my email address and was told I should be sent a license for the Premium version soon. I have waited until later, but nothing happened. I have clicked the link and tried a few more times, where in EACH time I was told I would receive a license by email. Now 6 days have passed, and nothing happened. By the looks of it, I am not the only one who didn't get a reply. And what's worse - I come here to ask about it and I am called a liar. Nice, very professional.
  2. I certainly did, for that was the 1st thing I suspected when I was getting no reply. In any case, I always check my trash/spam folders before deleting them, since once in a while legit contents can get caught by mistake. This was not the case - I never received a reply from Kaspersky.
  3. I have also submitted my email for a free license during the 10-years event using the provided link, but got no reply from Kaspersky. Later that day I tried 3 more times, but still no reply. In every attempt, the submission page claimed it was processed properly and said I would be contacted with the license for the Premium version. I thought maybe it takes longer to process, but now it has been 6 days and still no reply. What happened?
  4. Kaspersky Password Manager fails to fill out login field, only filling out the password at http://www.fatcow.com/mail/. I have the latest version 4.0.0.133. When I test the field recognition in KPM, it seems to correctly identify the login fields and names, but when the page is loaded, it only fills out the password and login fails. Please help! Ken
