      Due to some technical reasons visual delays are possible while message sending. Actually your message is published immediately - just interface works long. In such case, please, do not re-send your message immediately! Press F5 to reload the page and check if your message/topic is published. || По техническим причинам возможно визуально долгое отправление сообщений на форуме. Фактически ваше сообщение публикуется мгновенно - долго отрабатывает графика. В случае подобной ситуации, пожалуйста, сначала обновите страницу (F5) и проверьте, появилось ли ваше сообщение. Не пытайтесь сразу отправить его заново.

    Please see the support site bellow.. https://support.kaspersky.com/common/service.aspx?el=4523 I suppose that you have Japanese Kaspersky Product, if so, you can change interface language to English Temporary pressing SHIFT+F12 and pressing SHIFT+F5 again to go back to original "Japanese" language. But please remember that it is a temporary solution, if you restart your PC, Interface language of your Kaspersky product goes back to Japanese again.

  4. I am having the same issue. Kaspersky "K" icon is always blinking at task bar without CPU usage. Impossible to use PC with Kaspersky at the moment. Kaspersky Internet Security 17.0.0 611(d) with definition database 2017/03/17 15:47

  6. Hi richbuff, Thank you very much for your reply. I sent a Link of my GetSystemInfo to you by private message since I am afraid to open all my PC info to public. This error occurs to any Windows 7 PC with KIS2012 / Google Chrome, If you have KIS2012 and Google Chrome (Enable "Kaspersky URL Advisor" in Google Chrome extension), just look in your event log, I guess you will find same error in there every time you exit (close) Google chrome. Thank you for your help!
  7. When I installed KIS 2012 ( with Google Chrome (13.0.782.220m) on my Windows 7 (x64), Chrome silently crashes on exit and I can see it in Event viewer as bellow... If I disabled "Kaspersky URL Advisor (" in Chrome Extension, Error does not happen anymore.   8. Same here... Even it occurs only once a year, if it is server problem or whatever, official announcement or small notice would be appreciated on the top page of Kaspersky Lab... So that user will know it takes time to update...
  9. Hi Sitmus, Have you tried to install IME (Input Method Engine) for Chinese? I have seen it as a startup object in Windows startup when I installed IME before... To check you have it or not, Please go to "Control Panel" -> "Location and Language" -> "Keyboard and Language". It will be listed if you installed once before. PS. I am a Japanese...
  10. I was also trying to find out how to add applications(Not currently running) to "default inherited group rules". Some settings cannot be changed or managed in the "Settings" panel... (so confusing!)
  11. :angry: Some users cannot uninstall and install every time Kaspersky updates. I don't know why KIS and KAV became really unstable recently... My parents asked me that I paid for Beta version of KIS or what... Now they really hate KIS... and I cannot cover for it anymore... :icon20:

    I am using Japanese Edition of "KIS" on "Japanese XP Pro SP2". Since Japanese edition of KIS has 138 (I don't know why...), no letter comes at the end. It's just asking me to reboot PC when new update comes.... I don't know why I had to reboot already 3 times today because of KIS...

  15. Hi richbuff, It seems that you always write answer to people who has problems in a few days like "Update and reboot" to solve thier problems. If you know why it happed, please also explain to others in this forum. NOT ONLY "UPDATE and REBOOT" Thank you for your answer. (if you know something)
