  1. We have received reports similar to those in this thread, it seems to be isolated to UK OEM licenses exclusively. This is being looked into at the highest level and we are nearing a resolution as I type, please try activating your license(s) two hours from now, 1600 GMT. Hopefully the steps we have taken will have resolved the issue, however, if this is not the case please try activating at two hourly intervals and we will have this resolved ASAP. If you have a retail (boxed) product, please log a request with your local helpdesk as the issue you are experiencing is likely unrelated to the above.   3. Hi there, open Kaspersky settings system security click the settings button by firewall can you now click the "networks" tab locate your network right click and change to trusted apply and ok this change restart your computer let me know if the problem persists

  5. Ah I see what you mean - in this instance no, it has a set expiery as it is a Key file - it will expire on that date.
  6. Strange - uncheck the "concede resources" box and attempt to recreate the issue. If it does reappear, please post your GSI report.
  7. It shouldn't cause this kind of issue - it will simply concede available resources should the need arise i.e. you are running a high demand app. It is an unusual error, are you certian it is "paused"? Does the time continue to countdown?
  8. Hello, This is a workaround for KIS2010 Open Kaspersky settings file anti Virus settings uncheck scan network drives apply the changes and attempt to recreate the error message.

  10. Have you clicked the "start quick scan" area again after it has started? Can you resume the the scan once it has "paused"?
