  1. Could you kindly post your incident number please? I don't believe there are any general incompatibilities that would suggest a blanket statement.
  2. The AVP SYSTEM service starts with Windows. The AVP User Interface is a userland process that starts on a short delay to help improve performance. Since the detection from the SYSTEM service won't appear until the UI loads, that would seem to explain the delay. If you need more details, please submit a case via My Account.
  3. What happens if you try the option to 'Install Add-on From File' and select the file out of the Kaspersky Lab folder in Program Files? I am a big fan of Pale Moon too.
  4. Exclude the application as a Trusted Application Exclusion with Do Not Monitor Application Activity may work. Let us know.
  5. I was able to recreate the detection, and have sent my own request for your site to be checked out. Not sure why you haven't gotten a reply from them, but on behalf of all of us, we apologize for the delay.
  6. As requested above, please post your request number here.
  7. Remove 2013 via the Control Panel and select to remove the license, and reboot, then install 2014. You'll need your activation code handy.
  8. Try uninstalling these applications first: Advanced SystemCare 7 IObit Malware Fighter Norton Internet Security Rapport Trusteer Endpoint Protection Reboot after removing them, and try reinstalling then. If still no luck, post the error message you get and a new GetSystemInfo link please.
  9. We haven't had database updates for KIS or KAV 7.0 in a long time, more than 3 years: https://support.kaspersky.com/us/supported_home I'd strongly suggest upgrading the RAM in the laptop so it can run KAV2014.
  10. Please submit a case via https://my.kaspersky.com and post the case number here. We'll need your activation code in the support case, but don't post the activation code itself here.
  11. A 2012 code should work being put directly into 2014. There is no need to install 2012 beforehand.
  12. Try downloading it directly: http://devbuilds.kaspersky-labs.com/devbui...Tool/avptool11/
