  1. I am trying to update to the latest KIS compatible with Windows 10 ONLY because I would get an error message every time I'd start up my computer - something about problems with license correspondence. This just started happening a few days ago. I already had KIS2016 installed, but the support info for this problem said to remove and re-install the program. NOW I can't reinstall KIS2016 because it keeps telling me my license is invalid - even though it doesn't expire until next month. This all looks like a vicious cycle to me. How do I fix this? UPDATE: In case anyone else experiences this problem, it seems to have resolved itself - just took about 20 minutes to "catch up".
  2. Seems Kaspersky needs a full time tech just to keep current with FireFox updates. I blame FireFox. BUT, can we get an update, please?!
  3. remove/reinstall what? FF or KPM? and if i do, won't i lose everything? what about FF saying the update is not compatible with some Kaspersky add-ons? and "tech support" closed out and locked this issue/topic before it was resolved thanks anyway
  4. And... still trying to get KPM to work with FireFox like it did before version 11.
  5. And now FF 13 is out, so why bother? I give up, but will NOT forget.

  7. well, not in my experience. it works intermittently at best. it's mostly useless.
  8. Since I couldn't get KPM to work with FF11 or now FF12, I wonder if I will ever be able to use it again. You claim there are updates/fixes, but those don't work either. Why is Kaspersky incapable of keeping up?? :angry:
  9. Hi - I'm having the same problem viewing videos on Ustream. How was this resolved? Last year I had no trouble with Ustream - but this was prior to switching from Norton Internet Security to Kaspersky 2009. Wondering if there is some relation?
