Hello, My son's device is not getting blocked after the daily time limit. The following are the settings Monitoring type: Block device Schedule: Weekdays Daily Limit: 0 h 30 m Downtime: 00:00 - 15:00 & 19:00 - 24:00 Weekend Daily Limit: 1 h 0 m Downtime: 00:00 - 8:00 & 19:00 - 24:00 Device & software details Device: Galaxy Tab S7 Android version: 13 One UI version: 5.1.1 Safe Kids 1.103.0.3 Premium version I have uninstalled and rebooted before installing again and all the requested permissions have been assigned. Hello, I test Youtube and everything is Ok - urls that the child has seen in the past- , but we use youtube kids now and I can only see the time the child spends but not the individual views. Υour opinion please.

The title says it all. On my PC, on my phone, it's constant... notifications, reminders, whatever. I don't want, or need, Safe Kids; there must be some way of silencing this noise. But does anyone know how, please?

After last Android app update (i guess to 1.86.0.6) on kid's device a pop-up showed asking whether I want to activate some new setting/feature. First option was to activate it, second to keep current behavior (something with 2-finger swipe gesture???). I chose the first option. Since that time an icon in the edge of the screen is overlaid on the device screen (showing always, overlaying everything, all apps). The icon is shown in screenshot attached (marked in red - bottom left). I want to get rid of that icon because it is disturbing. Please provide me with instruction how to hide the icon. Thanks. Is there a way to block the sounds (specifically youtube) after a child reaches their time limit. My son has taken to setting up youtube to play a hour long video with just a minute or two of time left...then he sits around and listens without seeing the video.

I recently setup Safe kids on my kids phones as it has the feature to always allow certain apps, in this case I want to allow Spotify even after the scheduled downtime starts. This appears to work but as soon as the phone screen turns off the app stops due to expired time and needs to be opened again, is this a bug?

Hi, please help, yesterday I installed the program in my kid's laptop, it worked well. Today I included time for use of internet, worked for 30 min and then the screen went black, i can see the cursor but nothing else. It is Windows system. I deactivated the time of use using the app in my cel bit it does nothing to solve the problem. Pmease help, i tried to contact IT support but it asks for activation code but I dont have one, when Inpurcjase the welcome message says I do not need activation code anymore.

Hi all, I am essentially creating a whitelist of allowed sites. I have all sites blocked except for exclusions I have added. I need to be able to see a list of the sites I have added over time. Does anyone know how to do this? thank you Jun

Hi there, So KSK is installed on my son's win10 laptop and was working fine. My parent app is on a Android phone. However today my app (and also the online version of KSK at my.kaspersky.com shows that for today there was no activity recorded on my son's laptop. However he has been active for at least 5 hours now. I checked on his laptop and the app is still active and also showing the correct start/stop times and the max. duration for today. So it looks that his activity is not sent to kaspersky so it can be recorder in the app or web-interface. What's wrong Kaspersky?

I'm able to recreate this by factory resetting my daughter's iphone 8. Setting up a child's account in a family group, with purchase requests turned on causes me to be notified and need to approve/deny any app downloads she attempts from her device. This so called solution disables the restrictions, so can't be used. This applies to One plus phones at least. My kids hate Safe kids just because this, this meanless floating shield icon is so annoying for them when gaming and watching tik-tok etcetera, so we don't use it even since we are paying customers. We have the icon disabled as instructed in this thread, and is just able to track their position and activities at least, but we can't block anything.

Hello! I have problem with device usage time. Example: At 22:00 i turn off the tablet (Turn off). The next day, say at 06:30, I turn on the tablet again, but the application informs me that I have used up all the allowed time and that it is no longer possible to use the tablet. Multiple time I change the device use settings on mobile app or web page and it doesn't reflect to Windows. so for example if the allowed time for my kids is consumed: 1- if they ask for extension, the notification is not coming to me. 2- if I increased their allowed time, they will still not able use the device.

The only category that I restricted is "Adult content". I don't see any option to restrict/allow "Racism". Still, if I search on youtube "aoc on antifa attack", Safe Kids blocks me: "Your query matches these forbidden categories: Racism." 1) Kaspersky, would you give me the option to restrict/allow "Racism"? 2) Kaspersky, would you list all the categories that you block in the restrictions list? "Racism" is not listed there, still you block it. 3) Why search "porn" in google and having "Adult content" restricted does not block seeing porn search results, but searching "aoc on antifa attack" on youtube blocks seeing the search results?

Hi. I am trying to install KSK to my Child's MacBook. Initially it worked out all good. Unfortunately it blocked some of the school websites and so the school suspended/removed the KSK child profile assignment. Now I am trying to reset the assignment but it keeps going on an endless loop at the assignment page. There are 4 profiles on the MacBook and it's the same for all profiles. I have tried to uninstall but don't see any option to uninstall KSK to do a fresh install. Is this a known issue? What's the fix please? Much appreciate the support.

Hello, KSK seems to work, but my son can access many websites using an Opera based browser: Opera GX (designed for games). I do not see any log on internet history concerning this browser in the report page of internet/application activities. So I guess it does not work properly. Could you check on your side? I bought the software the software and have been talking to their support by email for several months. They did not help me at all and their answer at the end is to reset Windows. If anyone can help me I would appreciate it. The problem: I can't install the software. Every time I try to install it is stuck like this, like in the picture. My child has two devices. I can manage each devices time usage separately, for example if i want to set 5 hours for total device usage, then i have to set 3 hours on one device and 2 hours on second device. This is not very flexible from usage point. What i would like to set is common usage for both devices thus giving a child a choise which device to use more and which less.

However, last year when I created an Apple ID for my son, I put the birthday of an adult and I cannot change it to a child. What do I do now? Excuse me, But your app kaspersky safe kids is impossible to remove on my daughter's device. If I tap on the app missing th option of uninstall. If I go on the app by settings it says app cant be uninstalled because it's an admin of the device. The app has removed too the option of android that can restore the device to the factory settings. Its a nightmare. I have asked to the support that doesnt understand nothing of the problem Its a very Shame.
