Hi there Is there a way to add 5-min, 15-min and 20-min time intervals to the list of available time intervals when a parent wants to log in and give additional time to the kid? Currently, only 10-min, 30-min, 1-hour, and 4-hour intervals are available. Thank you, Sad dad ?

Hi all, I've been using Kaspersky Safe Kids for a few years and I'm generally happy with it. However, I'm having a slight issue at the moment. We've ended up with loads of devices being associated with the account that we no longer own. I've removed a few of them with no problem, but some of them are reporting "Could not disconnect the DESKTOP-1TJO1JJ (Desktop) device." It's not just this device, there are other showing the same error. Does anyone know why I'm getting this error? Hi, I'm running Windows 10 version 22H2 and Kaspersky version 23.0.0.399/202111. A few weeks ago I noticed that the blocking on my PC was no longer working (it still works on my Android). I tried turning the safe monitoring off and on again and it didn't fix the problem. I decided to uninstall Kaspersky and reinstall it. Now when I'm setting it up and I choose to turn on safe monitoring and I click next, I get a screen saying "Preparing your children's accounts..." and after awhile it says it's taking too long and I have the option to continue or cancel. I tried rebooting my PC and it didn't help. It just hangs on this screen and I can't get past it. Any help …

Hello, I'm having trouble preventing my child from doing some forbidden searching on his Browser like adult content etc. I'm using all the default options on KSK. It simply doesn't work. Also, I did some testing and searched random keywords like "test" on Google or Safari with my child's phone, and they don't show up in web activity summary. It shows no searchs were found. After loading Kaspersky Kids on my windows 10 laptop, I could not access the internet at all and got the error message "DNS Sever isn't responding". I was unable to resolve the issue, so after a couple of hours I uninstalled Kaspersky kids and my internet access was back again. How can I access internet if I reload Kaspersky Kids? Hi, I use Kadspersky safe kids premium. My kid has an IOS. The localization is activated on the kids app side. The localization is also acticated on the parent side. Still, it says that the device can't be located. Any idea? Thanks Matthieu

Hello, Trying to install the Android app on my son's Galaxy S7. The app installs from the link I sent to his WhatsApp account from the app on my phone. Works fine until I get to the step that says Activate the Samsung KNOX license. When I click on the Activate button I get a popup that says "Receiving subscription info..." which never goes away. I have tried installing the app from the Play store instead of the link with the same result. I have also tried uninstalling the app, clearing the phone's cache from recovery and then reinstalling. It gets stuck at the same point. Am I missing a step somewhere? Thanks, Derek

Hi there, I've set everything up and all is working except one thing. When my child wants to listen to music or an audiobook he wants to lock the screen, but when he does this KSK stops background play. Is there any way to allow background play of apps? Thanks!

My son has a Galaxy A51 5G (SM-A516U) cell phone. Android version 13. He is given an allotted time to access apps and the internet. After the time has expired, he can click on the settings tab or any app multiple times until it lets him through. Sometime it takes a bunch of tries, but in the end he is able to get it open. It can be a game, Youtube, whatever he wants. Is this a bug in the software? He also learned how to disable the block by going through settings and disabling the accessibility control.

hi all Im having difficulty with Opera GX which i believe is to do with gaming. i have 'Allowed' it in settings, but its still coming up as 'Forbidden'. What am i not doing? we have Safe Kids on child laptop.

My child has a Samsung Galaxy. If she restarts her phone several times the kespersky device time limit and device block do not work although she is still subject to allowable apps and websites. We have a limit of 3 hours a day but now she can be on at anytime day or night. Any suggestions?

Hi all, I've bought and installed KSK on a MacBook Air with MacOS Ventura in preparation for my daughter's 8th birthday so I can gift her with her own (limited in both time and content) account. The device is normally used as a test machine for software development and has two accounts on it: mine (admin) and my daughter's (iCloud for kids) and both need a password (or touch ID) to log in. I've setup KSK to identify the two accounts as child / parent and it looks like it correctly does so, as when I access the app when I'm logged in to my account it says there are no restrictions on mine and shows the time limit in the window on my daughter's. There is no such feature in kasperskyandroid mobile app, notifications only come to web page

This is happening for a few days now. This does not happen for all sites: some work others not. If you quit Safe Kids everything starts working again. I found out that Safe Kids was the culprit beacause I have re-formated my PC. The moment i installed Safe Kids again, the problem re-appeared! Note that the account I am using is not restricted at all (Parental account). Version is 1.0.5.12790. Any ideas?

Afternoon, I have a constant notification to set up Samsung Knox but I don't know what I need to do. When I go in in to the Kaspersky app there's no prompt to the settings that needs attention. I've looked on the other phone and both seem to be in order.

On the Galaxy s6 Ksk last version When phone is locked by Time locking, the exclusions are not applied Phone function IS normaly Autorised but not workking.

A warning to all parents with Android devices: I had an issue where my son seemed to be able to bypass KSK at will. I have discovered why: Google, in its infinite wisdom, typically auto-logs you into Chrome when you activate an Android device, even if you use an alternative browser. Once it does that, it turns out that anyone can then bypass the my.kaspersky.com account log in requirements by just clicking on "login using Google".
