Kaspersky Safe Kids

Greetings! I have just discovered that Safe Kids on Xiaomi phones is useless. On my daughter's Redmi Note 7 there is "Ultra battery saver" ( UBS from now on ) in shortcut buttons on top. If Safe Kids is activated/running and even if the phone is blocked by time limit,simply activating UBS and then disactivating it, Safe kids is no longer running and the app is useless. You have to restart the app and then reenable accessibility to make the app functional again.I tried every possible way to block this,but unfortunately no success. I have KSK on all my kids' computers. For some reason, on one computer: HP laptop running Windows 11 using the Chrome browser, KSK seems to be causing Google Classroom to refresh constantly, making it functionally unusable. Classroom is safelisted and pulls up fine, but then just keeps refreshing. I've tried clearing the cache, restarting, etc. but nothing helps. If I pause KSK everything works totally fine. Hi folks Has Kaspersky removed the ability for children to request extra time? We've got two different tablets (Samsung Galaxy S6 Lite & Lenovo Tab P11 Pro) with the latest version installed, v1.112.02, its no longer present when the device is locked, e.g. time schedule is used. Previous versions allowed the user to ask for extra time like on a PC but now this option is missing so the device is fully locked with only apps that are allowed when locked showing. If its been removed, can I ask why? If its a bug - is there a timeframe to fix? Thanks

After setup Safe Kids I cant download any app from APP store. Before install was ok. I changed kid years to 20, but nothing changes on she's phone and safe kids app.

on android device, the "Settings" app is counted for screen time, and it keeps being "active" even if the kid isn't using the mobile device. I'm trying to find a way to whitelist this app so it won't count as screen time but I don't find where to change it. In all places I've found I can set it to "Allowed", but that means it is still counted for screen time.

My kid revoked the accessibility permissions, I tried to allowed them manually but the option is disabled, what can I do?

My child has an iPhone and i have an Android. Kaspersky Safe Kids sounded like a great option and the website + setup were so convincing we decided to pay for the subscription. After the payment, we were stunned to find out that the app was barely similar to the website one because apparently, for all the functions to work, I had to configurate something in the Apple ID settings. It was paid from my daughter's money and she felt pretty sad when she found out the app wasn't truly like what we saw earlier.

Unfortunately KSK interface is not very user friendly and requires a lot of manual actions. It could be useful to have Model Context Protocol interface for LLM integration to speedup typical actions.

Hello, I'm having a problem after installing the safe kids app on a Samsung S22 Ultra and Samsung S25+ After pulling the notifications tab down on the phone, a white screen shows up in the background and the rotation lock on the phone is ignored. So if the phone is upright there's no problem, except this white background appearing but it's no problem. However if the phone is even slightly tilted the phone will keep rotating back and forth between landscape and portrait mode in a loop, untill the phone is upright again and it stops. Is there no way to “Stop now” kind of feature? If the kids are grounded, or if we just want to disallow screen time for the day? I feel like this is such a basic feature, and I cannot find it.

I have an issue with location services and the App being unable to locate both my kids iPads (IOS 18.4.1) despite recording time and apps they are using in Australia. Location services are turned on, on all devices and in family sharing…..so frustrating.

Kaspersky safe kids is slowing down web-browser!. Can anyone explain the "Enable" safe kids, the browsing is very slow. After turning off the safe kids application, then browse the web normally. I ask Kaspersy to fix this bug.

I’m sure someone else must have asked this question, but if they have, I’m having trouble finding it. There is a certain educational app that I want to allow my child to use independently of his daily screen time limit. I believe that I’ve successfully set this up within the Safe Kids settings. My question is: If he uses this educational app before his screen time limit is reached, does his use of this app count towards his screen time limit? (If it does, that is somewhat problematic because it would discourage him from using this app earlier in the day because doing so would stop him from being able to play games later in the day.) Hi, I have two kids and their devices installed and managed with Kaspersky Safe Kids. The problem is some time those devices can't unlock or lock when I've change the limitation time or schedule. Both my device (IOS) and those devices (Laptop installed windows 10) connected to internet (on different location). Today they called me from school: dad, please open my device - I need to do excersise - The locking status is open at this time (eventhough I turn of device monitoring) but on his device the time show on lock schedule. I guess it is network connection, or some case he use VPN - please tell me the situation causes this issue

Hello, I currently have 100 days left on my current subscription for Safe Kids for 3 devices/users Last year I had purchased another year subscription for 1 device/user and recently added it to my subscriptions, but it remains "not in use" and I'm not sure how to incorporate it without losing my device/application settings on my in use subscription. So next to my 100day in use remaining subscription, I have the new 365 day subscription but shows "not in use". I wish to add my one additional year, 365days of support for 1 device/user that is currently covered with 100 days remaining.

This problem began occurring in the past few days on two separate devices running KSK (an older Samsung Galaxy S10e, and a brand-new Galaxy S24): when performing a simple Google search in the Chrome browser, the search results page keeps reloading constantly in an endless loop. See above. It's a PC running Windows 11, it has an admin (me) and my son is the user. He doesn't know my admin password. He is able to disable Safe Kids by deleting files from his temp files folder. See this on You Tube that I found, maybe this is what he did.
