Kaspersky Safe Kids

Hi, I have two kids and their devices installed and managed with Kaspersky Safe Kids. The problem is some time those devices can't unlock or lock when I've change the limitation time or schedule. Both my device (IOS) and those devices (Laptop installed windows 10) connected to internet (on different location). Today they called me from school: dad, please open my device - I need to do excersise - The locking status is open at this time (eventhough I turn of device monitoring) but on his device the time show on lock schedule. I guess it is network connection, or some case he use VPN - please tell me the situation causes this issue

Hello, I currently have 100 days left on my current subscription for Safe Kids for 3 devices/users Last year I had purchased another year subscription for 1 device/user and recently added it to my subscriptions, but it remains "not in use" and I'm not sure how to incorporate it without losing my device/application settings on my in use subscription. So next to my 100day in use remaining subscription, I have the new 365 day subscription but shows "not in use". I wish to add my one additional year, 365days of support for 1 device/user that is currently covered with 100 days remaining.

Hello All, I want to allow my kids to have YouTube, but I want to limit them to 1 hour per day. Is there a way to do this with Kaspersky Safe Kids? Thanks.

This problem began occurring in the past few days on two separate devices running KSK (an older Samsung Galaxy S10e, and a brand-new Galaxy S24): when performing a simple Google search in the Chrome browser, the search results page keeps reloading constantly in an endless loop. See above. It's a PC running Windows 11, it has an admin (me) and my son is the user. He doesn't know my admin password. He is able to disable Safe Kids by deleting files from his temp files folder. See this on You Tube that I found, maybe this is what he did.

Die neu festgelegte Zeit wird zwar bei den Elterngeräten angezeigt, jedoch nicht bei dem Kind. Außerdem funktioniert die Anfrage nach mehr Zeit auch insofern nicht mehr, dass sie bei den Eltern nicht ankommt. Auch das Gerätezeit-Tracking bei den Eltern funktioniert nicht mehr. Das Geld ist bezahlt, wir wissen wirklich nicht woran das ganze liegt. Kann jemand uns helfen?

I made a mistake, to test the application, I searched an inappropriate site to be sure the app working correctly, now that the website name is on the parent's replies on my kid's phone. I have given him exactly what I didn't want him to reach. how can I delete the parent's replies on the kid's phone so he can't see that website address?

My kid is smart and he found way to pause KSK while logging in to his profile. due to this I am unable to track his activity. All seting not working, I have to run KSK manually to make sure it run in baground. Please make KSK run in baground and not allow any visual access to kids to pause app while loging to their window/android profile.

Does anyone have any issues when trying to log into safekids iphone app? mine gets problem every 2nd or 3rd day, the screen freezes after faceID or passcode check. If i remove the app, re-install and it works for the day and best of luck, work for next day as well. then it freezes itself after faceID or passcode, then we have to remove and re-install. The phone is running latest iOS 18.2.1

Kaspersky Shows Sites in the internet overview that have never been visited. How can that happen? I suspect that this might be related to the iOS password manger (‚Passwords‘), since I see multiple requests from there. However it also shows entries that no longer exists in Passwords. The sites have definitely not been visited with a browser. Has anyone observed a similar behavior? We‘re using KSK 1.107.0.19

I install Kaspersky Kids today on a new device. My child needs me to sign in every time he wants to connect headphones. This was not an issue on any of the other devices we have used the app. Any suggestions for settings to change? Thanks.

Hi Experts, Suddenly YouTube videos stop playing in Chrome & MS Edge browsers my kids are using, though I have given access through KSK. These are school curriculum videos stored in YouTube. So I had to pause KSK, then it allowed to view these YouTube video using the same browsers stated above. Seems KSK is blocking the YouTube URL though I have given access. Thanks...

There seems to be some issues with Kaspersky Safe Kids 23.0.0.418 and Fortnite - Which both my kids play regularly. When launching the game it will hang and then leave me no choice but to restart the computer (can't even open task manager). Even when disabling Kaspersky Safe Kids this issue still persists. Only when I fully un-install the application does the game work again. I can replicate this by then installing Safe Kids again which will produce the crash on launch. I can only assume Safe Kids is trying to capture what is happening when the anti-cheat or the game itself is loading - I don't even have app monitoring on. On both of the computers that are running Windows 10, my children can click the button to request more time. However, when they press that, I do not get a notification in the parent app on my phone. Hello, I see a discrepancy in the device use time shown to parent and the device use shown on kids device. By example today on the parent device (and also on my.kaspersky.com) the device use time was 1 hour 19 minutes, and on kids device KSK shows 45 minute usage. Also if i sum up the application usage, it is somewhere near 40 minute. So I have 3 different device use time. Which one is the real device usage? Why is this discrepancy? Where is the device usage counted, and how? Many thanks!

Uh, I have a problem and kindly ask for your help. Yesterday I blocked a child's phone and when a young lady finally cleaned her room I wanted to unblock her only to find out that I can't! I'm a new user, just bought an app a few days ago so this is the first time I actually blocked her. When I set "block device" on off it just said "unblocking" but it never does unblock device it just keeps unblocking it... As per topic title, my son discovered a way to bypass the youtube restriction of KSK by accessing/watching youtube through insertion of youtube link in Google Slides. So he would just open Google Slides, insert video, then he would just search for a video he would like to watch, and the video would appear on the slide. Is there a way KSK can restrict this? As much as I managed to block the constant use of unknown programs and browsers, when you install a new one it works for 2 minutes. I would like to change that. I want it banned from the start. Some browsers may bypass Safe Kids and 2 minutes is more than enough to access and download unwanted content. Is it possible to resolve this?
