When pausing the KSK app, the problem goes away. This video shows what is happening:

	After last Android app update (i guess to 1.86.0.6) on kid's device a pop-up showed asking whether I want to activate some new setting/feature. First option was to activate it, second to keep current behavior (something with 2-finger swipe gesture???). I chose the first option. Since that time an icon in the edge of the screen is overlaid on the device screen (showing always, overlaying everything, all apps). The icon is shown in screenshot attached (marked in red - bottom left). I want to get rid of that icon because it is disturbing. Please provide me with instruction how to hide the icon. Thanks.

	I tried to find app settings to disable the icon but did not succeed. Nothing happens when I tap the icon. I am using the free version of Safe Kids app.

	Hi, please help, yesterday I installed the program in my kid's laptop, it worked well. Today I included time for use of internet, worked for 30 min and then the screen went black, i can see the cursor but nothing else. It is Windows system. I deactivated the time of use using the app in my cel bit it does nothing to solve the problem. Pmease help, i tried to contact IT support but it asks for activation code but I dont have one, when Inpurcjase the welcome message says I do not need activation code anymore.

	I am using Safe Kids to block content and restrict usage within certain hours. On both of the computers that are running Windows 10, my children can click the button to request more time. However, when they press that, I do not get a notification in the parent app on my phone. If I go to login to the website, the alert isn't delivered there. I am signed up to get those emails, but I don't get those... for several hours. For example, my child requested more time at 4:30pm, and almost exactly four hours later, I finally got the email. I am forced to have to enter my parent password which is annoying because of its complexity. And I'm not sure that's the best way as it appears I'm actually turning off everything, not just providing more time.
</p>

<p>
	Is there any reason I wouldn't be getting the alerts anywhere? Logs on the PC? Also, is there a way to allow the child to make the request again? Hours go by and it just stays at "Your request has been submitted". I'd love to be able have them try again and see if it goes through a second time.

	1) I set the day limit use is 5 hours. However, when I check the report, it showed the total using hours were more than 5 hours. For example, 6 or 7 hours.

	<em>On the SM-A52 device used by Kid, these permissions were revoked: Common.MyKids.KidSafeAppPermissionDrawOverlay. Now, these application features will not work: Common.MyKids.KidSafeAppPermissionDrawOverlayDescription. Edit the device settings or reinstall the application.</em>
</p>

<p>
	<em>Display over other apps permissions was revoked on device SM-A52, which is used by Kid.<br />
	You can no longer control the child's device or apps.<br />
	Uninstallation protection is disabled, so the app can be easily deleted from your child's device.<br />
	Grant the necessary permission to restore your child's protection.</em>

	The first few days after installation and still in trial mode, the application worked fine. I bought a license for the premium functions it was fine for a few days but since a week or so I'm getting these alerts multiple times a day. Removed the app and reinstalled it again, approving all required permissions like the "display over other apps" but the alerts keep coming in. I can disable these alerts but doesn't fix the issue and I'm still kind of worried. Is there something I could do to really fix this so I can enabled the alert again?<br />

	I have KSK on all my kids' computers. For some reason, on one computer: HP laptop running Windows 11 using the Chrome browser, KSK seems to be causing Google Classroom to refresh constantly, making it functionally unusable. Classroom is safelisted and pulls up fine, but then just keeps refreshing. I've tried clearing the cache, restarting, etc. but nothing helps. If I pause KSK everything works totally fine.

	So KSK is installed on my son's win10 laptop and was working fine. My parent app is on a Android phone. However today my app (and also the online version of KSK at my.kaspersky.com shows that for today there was no activity recorded on my son's laptop. However he has been active for at least 5 hours now. I checked on his laptop and the app is still active and also showing the correct start/stop times and the max. duration for today.

	So it looks that his activity is not sent to kaspersky so it can be recorder in the app or web-interface. What's wrong Kaspersky?

The location only works when the child RUNS the application. if the application does not work, there is no location option. 	This is a bug with the safe kids app.  I've reported to Kaspersky already, just letting others know as well.

	I'm able to recreate this by factory resetting my daughter's iphone 8.  Setting up a child's account in a family group, with purchase requests turned on causes me to be notified and need to approve/deny any app downloads she attempts from her device.  
</p>

<p>
	Once I install the Safe Kids app, I stop receiving purchase request notifications for her account.  There are no error messages, it simply stops sending the notifications to the parent's device.  Other apple devices without safe kids installed continue to send purchase request notifications.

	This so called solution disables the restrictions, so can't be used. This applies to One plus phones at least.

	My kids hate Safe kids just because this, this meanless floating shield icon is so annoying for them when gaming and watching tik-tok etcetera, so we don't use it even since we are paying customers.

	We have the icon disabled as instructed in this thread, and is just able to track their position and activities at least, but we can't block anything.

The next day, say at 06:30, I turn on the tablet again, but the application informs me that I have used up all the allowed time and that it is no longer possible to use the tablet.</span>

2) Kaspersky, would you list all the categories that you block in the restrictions list?  "Racism" is not listed there, still you block it.

	I am trying to install KSK to my Child's MacBook. Initially it worked out all good. Unfortunately it blocked some of the school websites and so the school suspended/removed the KSK child profile assignment. Now I am trying to reset the assignment but it keeps going on an endless loop at the assignment page. There are 4 profiles on the MacBook and it's the same for all profiles. I have tried to uninstall but don't see any option to uninstall KSK to do a fresh install.

	KSK seems to work, but my son can access many websites using an Opera based browser: Opera GX (designed for games).
</p>

	I do not see any log on internet history concerning this browser in the report page of internet/application activities. So I guess it does not work properly. Could you check on your side?

	Same with another app: WeChat (especially on smartphones), is the extremely popular alternative of WhatsApp, used by everyone in China: it can also work like a browser (since you can search the web, open links, etc.), but KSK does not seem to detect any activity of WeChat when it is used like a browser. Maybe the ports used are not standard? Could you do some verification? For me it's a big flaw, I'd like KSK to monitor properly those apps.

	I bought the software the software and have been talking to their support by email for several months. They did not help me at all and their answer at the end is to reset Windows. If anyone can help me I would appreciate it.
