	Hello,

	On my kid's iPhone (signed ID by my kid) every couple of days the tracking device setting is de-activated. There is a notification on Kid's Safety application icon which notifies that the Location Setting has being de-activated.  My kid has to go into iPhone setting and re-activate (give permission) to track devise ALL the time.  Please advice.

	Hi, I am struggling with the support team.  I have logged calls, have tickets open. Each day they send me the same story of uninstalling via the app using the admin code.

	The problem is I cant even open the app. It just spins on the login page with "Starting Kaspersky Safe Kids" and a spinning wheel.

	Hi folks, been trawling the interwebs and forums etc for a few days to try and solve this issue but all of the suggestions I'm seeing on other people's similar issues are simply not working for me!
</p>

<p>
	So... had Kaspersky Safe Kids installed on a Samsung Flip 6 phone (UK, O2 network)... has been installed for approx 1 year I'm guessing and worked generally OK in that time.  At Christmas, the user got a new phone.  I set up a new "child" profile and installed KSK on the new device, no problem, all good on the new phone.
</p>

<p>
	The old phone is now going to be sold, but I need to remove KSK from it before I can do a factory reset.  And therein lies the problem, I cannot for the life of me get the thing to uninstall and it's driving me around the bend!
</p>

<p>
	I started with Kaspersky's own instructions...  open the app on the device &gt; click 'for parents' &gt; click 'uninstall' &gt; enter credentials...  as soon as I enter the credentials, it quickly flashes up "signing in" but then goes back to the parent's screen again...   if i click 'uninstall' again, we get stuck in the same loop where I sign in then it's straight back to the parents screen.
</p>

<p>
	I found an older thread on this forum about going onto the desktop parents control and disabling the monitoring etc first, then try again, but have the same issue.
</p>

<p>
	Every time I sign in on the device and choose 'uninstall', it throws me back to the main screen and I get a dropdown notification saying "Uninstalling... can't uninstall active device admin app" with a link inviting me to "manage device admin apps"....  when I click that option, I get a screen showing KSK with a bullet-list of all the functions KSK has control over, and two options at the bottom:  [Cancel] or [Deactivate]...  unfortunately, the option I want (deactivate) is greyed out and not available.
</p>

<p>
	When I try to close the app and start over, I get a message saying "Security policy restricts you from stopping this application".
</p>

<p>
	I did manage to find an alternative route where I was asked to sign in to my KSK account and when I entered the password, I got the parents screen with a popup saying "are you sure you want to uninstall this app?" however when I click 'yes', it just darkens the screen and shows the spinning wheel saying "please wait..." - that just stays on the screen for eternity but doesn't actually do anything (i left it for up to 20 mins at one point, just in case it was taking its time, but it still did nothing).
</p>

<p>
	I am literally going around in circles with everything I try but getting absolutely nowhere.  I need this removed as a matter of urgency as the phone is being sold to a family member (an adult) who is currently without a phone and needing one!
</p>

<p>
	Is anyone able to help solve this issue before my final remaining strands of non-grey hair turn grey?!  <span class="ipsEmoji">😭</span>

	I'm setting up Safe Kids on a new Android 16 phone. When I get to the step where I need to allow the Accessibility permission, the Accessibility menu only shows a "Create shortcut" option. Enabling it creates a floating icon on the side of the screen, and it seems like Accessibility permission is granted. But if I turn off the floating icon, it disables the Accessibility permission and Safe Kids will show notification ask to grant accessibility permission.  Is there any way to keep Accessibility permission enabled without having the floating icon visible?

	Je constate que le contrôle parental ne bloque pas le temps sur Minecraft depuis quelques temps. Cela me remonte un temps qui n est pas représentatif.  Il est paramètré a 20 normalement, il annonce 20 min mais en réel il a joué 35 min.
</p>

<p>
	Et sur le PC du plus grand , c est pareil et même pure, je n ai même plus le détail de ce qu il fait. Ça le bloque au bout de 50 min alors qu'il a 30 min. J ai desinstallé et réinstaller le programme mais pas de changement. 
</p>

	Kaspersky Safe Kids is not connecting properly to my child’s PC. Instead of the scheduled screen time limits, it shows <strong>“No restrictions for today.”</strong>

<p>
	Additionally, in my <strong>parent mobile app</strong>, the used screen time is always shown as <strong>0 h</strong>, even when the PC is being used.
</p>

<p>
	Because of this, screen time limits are not enforced and the device seems not to be syncing.
</p>

<p>
	I’ve checked the internet connection, restarted the PC and the app, and verified that limits are enabled, but the issue remains.
</p>

<p>
	Any ideas how to fix this?

	I have just discovered that Safe Kids on Xiaomi phones is useless. On my daughter's Redmi Note 7 there is "Ultra battery saver" ( UBS from now on ) in shortcut buttons on top. If Safe Kids is activated/running and even if the phone is blocked by time limit,simply activating UBS and then disactivating it, Safe kids is no longer running and the app is useless. You have to restart the app and then reenable accessibility to make the app functional again.I tried every possible way to block this,but unfortunately no success. Off course,my daughter stayed quiet about this and was using the phone with app disabled for a few months until I realised what is happening.

	I have KSK on all my kids' computers. For some reason, on one computer: HP laptop running Windows 11 using the Chrome browser, KSK seems to be causing Google Classroom to refresh constantly, making it functionally unusable. Classroom is safelisted and pulls up fine, but then just keeps refreshing. I've tried clearing the cache, restarting, etc. but nothing helps. If I pause KSK everything works totally fine.

	Has Kaspersky removed the ability for children to request extra time?  We've got two different tablets (Samsung Galaxy S6 Lite &amp; Lenovo Tab P11 Pro) with the latest version installed, v1.112.02, its no longer present when the device is locked, e.g. time schedule is used.
</p>

<p>
	Previous versions allowed the user to ask for extra time like on a PC but now this option is missing so the device is fully locked with only apps that are allowed when locked showing.
</p>

<p>
	If its been removed, can I ask why?  If its a bug - is there a timeframe to fix?

After the payment, we were stunned to find out that the app was barely similar to the website one because apparently, for all the functions to work, I had to configurate something in the Apple ID settings. It was paid from my daughter's money and she felt pretty sad when she found out the app wasn't truly like what we saw earlier.

	First of all I should say that I searched forum about this issue. 				KSK kicks in and tries to block app.

				Android System notification "Kasperksy Safe Kids displaying over other apps" appears
			</li>
			<li>
				Kid clicked on this notification and voilà! Kid can disable screen overlay
			</li>
			<li>
				From now on kid can open disallowed apps without hassle 
			</li>
		</ol>

	So, we have a problem with this notification issue. I tried everything to get rid of this notification permanently on my kid's phone unsuccessfully; including suggestions on this <a href="https://www.reddit.com/r/PocoPhones/comments/afhayl/how_to_get_rid_of_that_it_keeps_on_telling_me/" rel="external nofollow">reddit topic</a>

	I'm having a problem after installing the safe kids app on a Samsung S22 Ultra and Samsung S25+
</p>

<p>
	After pulling the notifications tab down on the phone, a white screen shows up in the background and the rotation lock on the phone is ignored. So if the phone is upright there's no problem, except this white background appearing but it's no problem. However if the phone is even slightly tilted the phone will keep rotating back and forth between landscape and portrait mode in a loop, untill the phone is upright again and it stops.
