I have been a Kaspersky user for many years and I've been really impressed with it. With all the scares about it's safety with its Russian background I rode that out, listening to the guarantees that my account could never be made use of by a foreign power. But now after a two year deal I am coming up for renewal. I have been using KTS for years now, and I still have ~100 days left in my subscription. I would like to switch to Kaspersky Plus for the VPN. I saw in the FAQ section that KTS and KP are backwards-forwards compatible. Does that mean I can retain those 100 days in my Kaspersky Plus subscription if I switch right now or do I lose the days?

Hi everyone I clicked on a link and the webpage only partially loaded before a notification from Kaspersky popped up (I can't remember what it said, sorry). Anyway, according to the ''Safe Browsing'' report the link that was blocked was for a .jpg image, though this isn't the link I clicked on so I assume it was embedded in the webpage? I'm using Brave Browser which I understand isn't supported/protected by Kaspersky Plus. With this in mind how is it possible for Kaspersky to still monitor and block dangerous sites? I'm currently using Anti Virus version, but recently I saw on Youtube new version, with new UI. So when I searched for it I only got that versions in title are only available for US (probably north and south America). So, I'm wondering if anyone knows when new versions will come to other countries, which are in Europe (West and South)? After enabling Anti-banner, Kaspersky is blocking Bing services from Edge Dev. To reproduce, install the latest Edge Dev version, and click the Bing icon in the title bar. I tried to add exceptions for *msn.com*, *bing.com* and *microsoft.com*, but nothing works.

I left my computer alone for two weeks, When I returned my Kaspersky icons had disappeared from my desktop. Kaspersky still appears to be running but I cannot launch it from the apps list and get the same annoying dialogue as the original poster. Kaspersky also cannot open the secure browser to my Bank or other financial sites. I have tried downloading Microsoft.net framework and reinstalling it but this achieves nothing either. Greetings, Not a serious issue, but I use Microsoft Edge, and for some strange reason the browser extension no longer shows the correct numbers on data collection attempts. They show perfectly on the Kaspersky Plus GUI but they are all zeros in the extension itself. Any idea what's wrong? I've uninstalled and reinstalled the extension but it doesn't fix the issue. When I try to open Microsoft Edge Dev's "Discover" board (the New Bing entrance) on the right side, it shows that "This content is blocked. Contact the site owner to fix the issue." However, when I paused the protection of Kaspersky and relaunched Edge, this problem solved itself. It seems that there's a conflict between Kaspersky and New Bing.

Hi, I am looking to purchase a version of Kaspersky. I am currently running the free version. What I am wondering is what is the difference between the four in the title. It looks like 2 completely different lines of software. I am used to the internet security and total security line, but then there is this (new?) free, basic, plus and premium suite. What is the difference between the two lines of software. Is premium comparable to total security.

I removed Total from my pc in order to install Plus not know if it was an upgrade or not. My daughter wanted Plus on her laptop so we decided to jump to Plus instead of wait. OK so far both working good but no activation code has been received. FAQ says its in the email, erm, no its not. Trying to find the activation code in My Kaspersky as per instructions, erm, no it isnt. The Licence is, but code is XXXX XXXX etc. Also Plus says that I have unlimited VPN but then states on a difference page 300mb limit?????

I have a 5 PC License for KIS. All PC/Licenses are working fine. After upgrading one of the PC's from KIS to new Kaspersky Standard I am running into Account login problems. Though I can sucessfully login on the same PC via Firefox to the MyKaspersky account... the new installed Kaspersky Standard is failing to login into the valid MyKaspersky account. Error ist "You entered an invalid password" though I am logged in to MyKaspersky via Firefox and I am using same PW to login via newly installed Kaspersky Standard app as I use for Firefox to login to MyKaspersky.
