Have the app set to scan daily and update databases automatically but generally don't like to leave data on and don't connect via WIFI. Is it advisable to leave the data on so the app can update or is it best practice to turn the data on and update daily (and then turn data off again)? Is there a best approach? Any insight is appreciated!

I have renewed my Kaspersky license (Anti Virus Plus for $59 with auto renewal), but I'm getting the error that my license has expired. The price was discounted to $59 as long as I am on auto renewal. I checked in my Subscription Management and I am on auto renewal. I received email confirmation from Kaspersky that my account has been updated. But I still get a license expired message when I open the Virus Protection on my laptop. I have corrected the time/date settings on my PC Windows 11 laptop, and synced as directed. Hi, For some months, my Kaspersky keeps blocking the Sync of Adobe Cloud App and the Steam also. I go to te exclusion and cannot make it to work. Must disable the antivirus and everything works fine, but when the Kasperksy Antivirus is active, it gives , me errors and not sure what it is. I will try another product if this cannot be fixed.

Hello, with Kaspersky default settings you receive security news and get notified by green envelope icon in taskbar. I turned off security news as explained here: https://support.kaspersky.com/help/Kaspersky/Win21.13/en-US/137577.htm If I want to manually check the security news from time to time how can I do it? Hi When i check the app update it say that everything is up to date but when i check whit this software (https : // patchmypc . com/home-updater) it find a couple of updates. My problem is that Google Chrome works until the screen is IDLE for about a minute, and then G Chrome CLOSES! I have been using Kaspersky for two years and just UPGRADED TO KASPERSKY PLUS about a week ago. G Chrome has ALWAYS worked on my three computers, one W 11 and two W 10. It is my main browser. Now on all three computers, if Google Chrome is idle for about a minute, it CLOSES! Why is Kaspersky PLUS closing Google Chrome?
